eight whole years ago
this little gem
made me a mother.
eight.
i can't believe it.
i remember so clearly all my early days with her.
it was just the two of us.
reza was so busy with residency,
we didn't see him much.
she was my hardest baby,
by far.
so she rode along
attached to me for two years.
and boy do we have a bond,
the two of us.
she isn't so little anymore.
she is tall, strong, bright and beautiful.
she LOVES
swimming
soccer
reading
and
chocolate.
she likes exploring, playing in the dirt, and being with her friends.
she is so kind and loving.
i am so proud of everything she has become.
i can't wait to see what the coming year holds.
